·               Engineer aerial (AER) and underground (UG) OSP designs utilizing  GIS and AutoCAD.

·               Engineer Distribution (DF) and Access (AF) extensions projects.

·               Review and correct designs within the right of way (ROW) or easement at the DF and AF level.

·               Engineered and tested a  cost estimation process to move designs completely  UG or AER to determine the possible cost and time savings.

·               Update and manage historical data  while utilizing this data for baseline build/cost projections.

·               Conduct QA/QC of various aspects of Fiber to the Home (FTTH) Engineering to maximize design efficiencies and cost effectiveness.

·               Lead 5-7 team members in the QA/QC processes.

·               Convey data resolutions to team members through various training methods increasing accuracy.

·               Update designs and attributes in Geographic Information System (GIS) to meet clienteles needs.

·               Test the accuracy of GIS processes and then develop a processes change resolutions.

·               Identify and develop a resolution for areas where GIS and Engineered processes are not properly synchronized resulting in decreased efficiency and accuracy.

·               Create/revise Bill of Materials (BOM) for construction packages.

·               Created a BOM model utilizing Feature Manipulation Engine (FME) also incorporating QA/QC points.
